The staff at True Aesthetics Center are here to provide support and assistance to help women and men get what they want. Through our numerous programs, their friendly smiling faces create a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere that is necessary during times of medical concerns. They are highly trained and efficient, and ensure the highest quality of care is provided for our patients.
Our facility, True Aesthetics Center, creates and environment of warmth and calmness. It is decorated with that woman’s touch in mind and is designed to help one become at ease while visiting us. We have created a welcome office in many ways and hope that you will feel comfortable visiting us while you enjoy the services that we offer. Our friendly staff create an atmosphere of teamwork to help you feel even more comfortable with us.
Here is the staff:
Robert L. True, MD, Medical Director
Board Certified in Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine and in Gynecology. Fellow of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery. Creator and founder of the HCG True Diet and Hormone Vitality Plus. Is married to Pam and has two grown up children, Kim and Robert. Enjoys performing surgery, medicine, taking care of and interacting with patients, reading, surfing the net, traveling, eating out and great restaurants, and watching his granddaughter grow.
Tams, Office manager and patient coordinator
Has been working for Dr. True for over 18 years. Is highly experienced in every aspect of his practice. Her duties include managing his office and being the patient coordinator to help patients get the procedures they want. She is from Louisiana, but has been a Texan for over 25 years. She loves to help people and is extremely friendly and passionate about doing her best for anyone who needs her assistance. She is a mother of two lovely daughters, enjoys eating out and being with friends, exercises bunches, loves to ride bicycles, likes to party and have a great time.
Dawn, Marketing and Front Office Assistant
Dawn grew up in beautiful Teton Valley, Idaho, where she found a love for outdoor activities including hiking, boating, and camping. Her other hobbies include cooking, and live music shows. She began working in the local doctor’s office in her hometown when she was 18. In 2009, she moved to Raleigh, NC, where she started her experience in the cosmetics world working for a Facial Plastic Surgeon. She since made her way to Texas and Dr. True’s office. Her background in the medical industry, and love of helping people makes her a great addition to the team. She is responsible for event planning, email marketing, serves as the advertising liaison, and assists the practice manager with marketing strategy. She has also taken on the role of insurance billing, and helps patients with billing questions, scheduling, and general inquiries.
Melissa, Receptionist and Front Office Assistant
Always with a friendly beautiful smile, Melissa greets patients and works in the front office which she performs with great efficiency. Melissa, came to us from Northern Virginia where she acquired extensive knowledge in the medical practice field. There, she completed numerous Marketing Courses, SEO Courses and practice building certifications from James Madison University . She has wonderful interpersonal skills and is always ready to help our patients. She previously worked for 5 years as a Real Estate Loan Processor/ Escrow officer. She has 2 beautiful daughters which keep her very busy with competition cheerleading and softball activities. Her other interests include attending Gateway Church, working out, traveling with her daughters and boyfriend and spending time with family and friends.
Jenifer, Insurance
Born and raised in Texas, Jenifer joined our team in August 2011. With a background in collections, she deals daily in resolving outstanding insurance claims and EOB discrepancies, as well as, handling medical records and assisting with appointment scheduling. She has two children, ages 11 and 9, with her husband of 13 years. When not working, Jenifer is attending her son’s baseball, basketball and soccer games or her daughter’s piano recitals.
Erin, Nurse, Diet Counselor
Erin, a native Texan, has been working with Dr. True for years. She not only believes in Dr. True’s expertise but has been a long time patient of Dr. True’s. Erin is a Licensed Nurse, and is also ACLS Certified. She oversees our diet program and is the head counselor for the HCG True Diet. Her duties also include performing aesthetic procedures, such as BBL photofacials, hair removal, chemical peels and many others. She is skilled at all aspects of nursing, within the practice, including patient assessment and clinical evaluations. She is also excellent in phlebotomy. Erin has a Texas friendly personality that welcomes our patients, helping them to feel comfortable in our office. Aside from raising her three beautiful children, Erin enjoys great food, wine, and spending time with her friends.
Lori, Nurse, Surgical Assistant & Scrub
Lori was born and raised in New Jersey moved to the Dallas area in the 1980’s. With extensive experience in cosmetic surgery and anti-aging medicine, Lori is well equipped to help patients to achieve their goal of improved health, both on the inside and the outside. She is an excellent surgical nurse, and is continuously busy preparing for surgical procedures as well as the duties of the nurse for the office. Her knowledge in Anti-aging medicine is essential to providing optimal counseling for patients desiring the best health. She is a Licensed Nurse and ACLS Certified. A former flight attendant and “people person” she especially enjoys providing continuity of care by remaining at the patient’s side during all phases of the surgical experience. She enjoys getting to know the patients on a one on one basis. Lori was top in her class at nursing school and Class President. Her top honor of all is raising her two beautiful daughters, one in high school and the other a college student at Southern Methodist University in Dallas. In her spare time she enjoys photography, live music venues, and mastering the kitchen.
Tausha, Nurse, Pellet and Patient Counselor
Born and raised in Utah, Tausha joined our team May of 2011. She has a baccalaureate of science in nursing. She went to school for two years at Southern Utah University and then went on to finish her nursing degree in Las Vegas, Nevada. She is a Registered Nurse and is ACLS Certified. Tausha moved to Texas April 2011 with her husband of 4 years. Tausha is excellent with helping patients feel comfortable at our office. One of her duties is the insertion of hormone pellets, which improve the health and quality of life of patients. She also circulates during surgical procedures and coordinates clinical care during patient visits. Tausha enjoys horseback riding and attending Team Roping events with her husband.
